Stargazing

I want to be a star.
Not the one out of a movie or winning a war
But the one you see every night
Bright and far

I want to shine,
I want to make people smile
And every once in a while
Make them gasp when I fall.

I want to be up there alone,
Surrounded by my friends.
Soring and weightless,
Overlooking the land.

I want to travel,
Though time and space,
Living, enjoying and
Discovering every place.

But my biggest wish, neh, call it a desire,
Is that you one day can admire
My last fading light
And I hope that it will inspire,
You to live a happy and adventurous life.
